Portal Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy that has been in operation since 1961.
The Challenge
Portal Pharmacy had recently undergone a rebrand & they felt their brand is disjointed, making it difficult to maintain a cohesive look and feel across different platforms.
Their team lacked a clear brand guideline, leading to inconsistencies in messaging, design, and communication.
To reinforce their identity and create deeper connections with their audience, they also needed a brand video—one that would bring their culture to life and showcase the real impact of Portal Pharmacy beyond just products and services.


Strategy
We took a two-pronged approach to solve these challenges:
1️⃣ Refining Their Brand Identity – We developed a comprehensive brand guideline, covering everything from logo usage, color palettes, and typography to brand voice and messaging.
2️⃣ Bringing the Brand to Life Through Video – We created a compelling brand video that captured the heart of Portal Pharmacy—its mission, culture, and the value it brings to customers.

The Process

Turning the concept into a visual representation and packaging it into an easy to understand form for all stakeholders. This is inform of a brief, visual treatment, interview scripts and a production schedule

Production
Now we come to making the concept come to life. We implement all that we defined at the post-production stage. This is Set design, Lighting, camera work, Audio recording, Talent management and image capturing.

Post Production
At this stage it is all about bringing the story together into a watchable and usable asset. Includes editing, colour grading, graphics and animations.

Distribution & analysis
Once the materials are ready, at this stage is sharing them to the desired audience. The distribution channels are social media uploads and Media buying. Then get data and interpret it into insight for the client to make a decision and to evaluate progress.
